TT Setup

Ok, I've finally decided to double up on XC and TT. I found a series in MO that's doing a ton of TT races and I've decided to start into that after getting a taste last weekend. http://www.semoraceway.com
My questions are to you guys b/c I have NO experience w/a TT setup is what tires and information on a sway bar. Anyone got any suggestions what to look for when it comes to a sway bar like manufacturer? Also, for tires I have a dealer who sells American Racer/Hoosier/etc and they said they'd hook me up and even agreed on a slight sponsorship but they said tires are up to me to choose. What would you guys recommend for the following conditions? Most is outdoor hard packed dirt but there are a few that are more loose dirt and indoor. I'd really appreciate some ideas of what syles of tires to look for. Thanks a ton in advance.
