Is the rear wheel offset 3-5?

I guess you are talking about the stock rear wheels. I think that the offset is 3-6 (9 inches wide).

It's 3:6, Honda's 3:5.

I think Honda is 4+5, I could be wrong though.

correct the dale is 3:6 the honda is 4:5, that is why honda wheels will bolt up, but make the dale narrower, and vice versa for dale wheels on a 400ex.
