Cannondaleriders

Hello,
I just purchased my first cannondale and was getting ready to replace the A-arm bushings and noticed that they are bronze. Is there a easy may to remove these? I tried with a punch and hammer and it did not move at all. From what I have read on here the bronze ones are aftermarket and looks like you need a press to install.

Also how much are stock replacement bushings for these?

the stock replacements are on ebay for $20. you probably at least will need an arbor press to remove those bushings. good luck!
