Cannondaleriders

I am getting a 400EX soon and I plan on racing with it but I dont want to spend like $1300 on shocks and a-arms. I was wondering if stock cannondale a-arms would fit on a 400EX and if the a-arms would make the 400EX any wider. Let me know how much wider it will make it and if it will fit....

wont work and wont make it any wider.the area where they mount to the frame is a little wider on the dales.you could shave them down but not worth it.the spindle taper and all that jazz is different to.
