Has anyone had any problems with the Lonestar axle for cannondales? They do come with sprocket hubs, right?

I have stripped a few LSR sprocket hubs, but I just replaced them with a stocker and it works fine. Yes, they do come with the sprocket hub though.

I'll give ya a call about them today doug. My durablue's splines are shot. That axle carrier bearing exploding did a lot of damage. How long would you say the lsr hub will last with mx? if i keep the rear end tight at all times? Also, will ls warranty the hubs?

ive had it about up too here with LSR!!! my axle fits like crap, the lock nut is a complete mother to get on or off, and the sprocket carrier only allows for certain gears to be put on due to the 'swept' fashion of the arms. thier customer service absolutely bites as well. i cant ever get a straight answer from those guys. when my whole rearend goes kaput im gettin a RPM setup. this is just my two cents, dont wanna cause a ruckuos:(

You wont make me mad. I'll probably switch back to Dura Blue. After one race, my new LSR axle is bent. Raced 2 hard years on one dura blue and it never bent. Axle carrier ruined it.

..I have an LSR and after reading all problems with the sprocket comeing lose,i did something about it before it became a problem.I pressed the hub off and drilled two holes in the hub so i can put in set screws..When i pressed the hub back on I used sleeve retanner..and lock-tight on the set screws.. ..Now all i have to do is put my motor back in..and test it out...lol...See how it holds up....i have a pic somewere but cant find it..sorry

I bent mine at Haspin Acres last Sun. Does that count as a problem? Or am I just fat? tongue.gif

my factory sprocket hub is loose. i drilled a couple holes and put set screws in it also, it works for about 5 minutes...but i can never get my factory lock nut to stay tight either.

do the lsr's have warranty against bending or are they just crap altogether, I have one that I think might be bent but the engine crapped out too so kind of hard to tell
