Absolute max for a 2002 cannibal/speed is 9" up front. This is measured with the shocks off the quad.

Not sure if they've altered the front end setup to offer more travel on 2003's or not.

i read that the cannibles have 9in in the rear and 10 in the frt.

9" is what I came up with when I measured a 2002 quad. This was absolute mechanical maximum - it will likely be less with a shock mounted.

I have not measured the rear.
