whats the cost of getting zero preload

however much you want to spend... works makes zero preload shocks for around 700, so does TCS, as with ELka from anywehre from 595-1300 dollars..

shopa round, ask questoins and research these brands if u want to be cheaper..

from cheapest/worst to best IMO

also jeff at the quadshop does an SSD conversion to your stock shocks too for fairly cheap i believe!

Noone will give you prices on here. Jeff does conversions though. Call him during the day and he can hook you up.

is it worth buying custom axis or just do the conversion?

I would think that you will get better performance from a true aftermarket shock. The ohlins are great shocks though. If you were to convert the blaze ohlins I think you would have a **** nice setup. But, for the cost why not go ahead and get some used elka's or axis.

Can't really go wrong either way.

I know you prob wanted a definative answer...but.....
