What do you guys do to keep your brakes healthy?

Any lubing? pad replacement frequency? inspection? Etc

I know the basics on brakes, like bleeding them, replacing pads, but Im curious about getting the most out of them after they're not brand new anymore

I just replace the fluid every year and remove the mounting plate and lube the pins it slides on.
