PEP Rebuild

I have a set of PEP ZPS quad rate shocks that I would like to have rebuilt and tuned for me. So I have a couple of questions.
1. Who? PEP, Baldwin< Quadshop, Etc.
2. How much? Parts and Labor
3. Turn Around time? As the motor is out I have a couple of weeks.
