Engine Bogs

I have a '02 Cannondale E440. When im riding my bike in the low rpm range(2500-3500) i always seem to get a bog and the engine hikups...what could be causing this

air filter clean?new fuel filter? what have u tried to do to figure it out?does it always do it, or just sometimes?

check your throttle body it may have disconnected from the head. That hapened to me once and it just bogged and sputtered.

ok so i installed a new fuel filter today and it doesnt seem to fill up with fuel. it flows great and the engine doesnt die at all. just wont fill up, normal??
