fuses

has any member had the fuse go out on them?? its located right next to where u would hook up the dm kit!!! and if so what the **** would cause the fuse to blow ???????

Check for loose connections at the battery, fuel pump, and the grounds. If not a connection...then could possibly be a fuel pump starting to go out.

checked all connections and found the ground on the batt. was a bit lose 2.5 turns and it was tight then found a small crack in the red wire that comes out of the starter soleniod!!! i think that if it got wet it might cause the fuse to blow shutting down the bike. any theroy in this????

Your ground being loose could definitly cause it to blow a fuse.

What kind of fuses are we suppoused to be using? 20's? 30's?

mine had a "20" in there replaced it and the fuel pump kicked over hit the green go botton and she came to life
