You'd probably be better off getting the EXACT nut from some of the site sponsors(Haydug Cycles, BlackwidowATV, The Quadshop, etc.)

john, you won't find one at the hardware store. its a long shot but try backtracking from the point it quit moving. the sprocket usually won't stay on long after the nut comes off. there's all the cannondale tech manuals on the homepage. click on technical and custom maps. atv parts, engine manual, engine parts, one of those might have the nut size in there.

edit- just checked and they don't have the size only the P/N.

heres why ur bike wont move... you need to take the clutch cover off and adjust the clutch. You need to loosen the lock nut, then turn the allen screw in all the way until it fully stops (not just when you can feel tension). Then back it out 3 complete turns. Then ur bike will move. This happened to mine. Kid b4 me didnt do it right and it wasnt adjusted adn therefor wouldnt move when i let the clutch out. BTW when ur in a rush next time just do a search. You probably would have found the older post on this.
