help...more battery problems

Hey Guys

My 2002 moto isn't charging the battery anymore. I have a new battery, checked the system for a drain--none, and have a new stator with the wires covered. Im not sure what to check next, any ideas?

Check the voltage regulator/rectifier there is a procedure in the manual.
