my buddy took his dale to a local shop and they told him he needs rectify ragulator (spelling) at least thats what he thinks he said he talked to him on the phone if this is a part can someone tell me what it does and were i can get one

The majority of charging system problems are from the staor wires shorting out with or without the update or the flywheel rubbing on the stator. Make sure they have removed and inspected that before buying anything.
