Fuel Pump Voltage....?

Ok guys i put a thread up about my cannondale 440 Speed 03 that revs on tickover but splutters when riding i have some one else looking at it now and have noticed the volts to the pump drop to 2 volts when you try to pull away. I have replaced the ecu i do still have the old one but the fuel pump would not run off that one but we did wire it direct but it still ran spluttery, we don't have a D&M tool can anyone help there....? (software) I bought a TPS but can't fit it as we can't set it up...DOH I'm fed up with it now HELP.......We have checked fuel returns etc and all good.....

Try either replacing the relay or take it apart and clean the contacts on it.Symptom:Engine runs while start button is pushed dies when it is released.=Relay(one under airfilter)yours may be partially failed.Relay must be replaced by a equal one with diode etc.Do not use one without diode in it.Black Widow and probably Haydug have these.
