Oil problems in air box and bottom end

i took my motor out due to screwed up clutch. the top end old was in the bottom curious what causes that. So i droped the motor and found that the bottom end was full of mixed topend and bottom end oil what causes that is it a o ring i just need to replace. please help

I believe that's the oring seal behind the cartidge plates that can cause leakage between sides.

There are about 10 orings and 3 seals that could cause that. You need to pressure test the engine to find all leaks .
