What kind, and how much locktite are you using?

We got a gel form of locktite, that was supposed to work great, and was easy to use....nope, didn't work at all, no matter how much or little you used. I went back to the messy old liquid form, that always gets spilled, and used a smaller amount of it, and i've yet to have problems with my cradle bolts any more.

Make sure the bolts are clean. Spray some brake cleaner or other solvent on them to get any oils off. The nuts in the cradle need the same treatment.

Also, take some brake cleaner, and a toothbrush, and clean off the bolts, and the threads in the cradle.

That will take off the left over locktite, that will cause the new locktite to not stick as well.

Reason for using brake cleaner, is that it won't leave any kind of residue.
