The replacement Silencer is part 040145, with a later turn-down endcap included (and swappable with the stock endcap).
Hey Kevin,...I keep a few Ti 4 in stock, and they retail for $249.95. I'm obviously not down there yet!....but I can bring you one for $200.
With as much as you apparently ride, you might want to have a spare pipe anyway. For a wasted center tube section, rivets, packing whatever, your local FMF dealer should have all of that in stock (even if they don't know it, or say "duh" at the parts desk). The same 14" silencer is used on other machines FYI, and is universal like kdeal mentioned.

boomer what model# pipe do you have?

HA!,...I'm a dealer for FMF, but just don't buy them very often... so I double-checked today, and kdeal is correct that the new part number is 040629.
That is the SAME as the earlier part number 040145, except that 040629 now includes a mid-drop pipe hanger (which you cannot use on the Cannondale, which requires the short-drop downstrap)... If you find a 040629, don't use the included hang strap, since that would likely crack the precious header.

hmmn that one retails for $30 more, and is also titanium (but maybe so-called aluminum in color to distinguish it from the alternate Blue-anodized version that is offered). I have not stocked those, and they may be only different by the sticker that says Factory 4 instead of Titanium 4,... 14" universal titanium with 2" thru-core.
