Lift and duration on cam

I have tried 3 cams in my Raptor. Hot Cam 3, Mega Cycle x4, and now a Web 290. My web has .500 lift but not sure of the duration. It rips the Hot Cam a new one. The Mega Cycle has .480 lift. Just wondering what the lift on the Dales cam is?

Just happed to have a brand new set of '03 cams and a caliper here on my desk.

But there is a lot more to cam design than lift.
