New Crank,Cyl,Piston! best way to break in engine?!

as tittle says I got everything back together and using the bike to race on sat, whats the best way to break in the engine? should I use Motoman guide?!

Motoman makes allot of sense... and tho it goes against instinct that is how most of my builds get treated. I have literally barely warmed a motor up in the garage for five minutes taken it up and down a quarter mile or less driveway, loaded it in the trailer and taken it to the dunes where even a mild ride loads the heck out of it. One of those and a change of the break in oil and its wfo from there on out.

I also agree with Motomans break in process, I have broke in my motors that way from 2 strokes to car engines.
