Throttle Body Leakage

WHen in the D&M kit there is a section where it gives you the readings for the TPS and etc. What does throttle body leakage mean, and what # should it be reading that as. SHould it be 0 , I believe mine is .2

Any thoughts

I think this is the value given to the amount the stepper motor is kept open so that the ecu still has some control over the idle. I asked the same question and I don't believe I ever got a definate answer, other than "Don't mess with it!"
