i took the oil filter out and checked it again and it had some pretty serious metal flakes in it, and i have called some other people and they said it could be a rod bearing they callled it a roller bearing or the bearing on the wrist pin could that be it?
You need a crank my friend. I wouldn't run it any longer, if there is enough play in the rod bearing, your piston could touch a valve and bend it as well.
