anyone put clear radiator hoses on?

i just traded my 400ex for a cannondale cannible and want to do some aftermarkets. but the problem is i dont know a thing about this bike. can i put clear radiator hoses on it so you can see the collant? my buddie did it on a raptor and it looked awsome.

As long as they are temp and pressure rated.....That is a cool idea.

That does sound like a good idea. Then you could see the coolant flowing! Figure it out and let us know the details. Thats how it works around here.

I got an o3 moto it will only start if you pull it . I put a new starter on new bat new inj and that did not fix it WHAT IS WRONG PLEASE HELP

im going to get the clear hoses tom. ill get some pics too. but i remember my buddie also put coloring in with the coolant. it looked cool. im gonna look into it more and ill keep you updated

if the coloring has any water in it, it might do some corrosion:rolleyes: so i dont know, someone else can chime in on that

I seen a 400ex in my buddies shop with that clear flexy hose . and it looked horrable! but to each his own. I just thought it looked kind of "low dollar". and his customer had corrosion all over it.(too much H2O)
