03' Header

here is a pic of the two lippy.the shinier brighter longer one is the 03 header.the 02 will stop under the subby on an angle and the 03 will be on the tire side of the subby heading straight toward the rear of the quad

There is one more type of headpipe. The Ti pipe that came on the Moto and Blaze models. It has a mounting bracket welded on the pipe I think.....

I modded a couple of 03 headers to make fmf setup's, I installed the first version I made , the second pipe is getting a 02 sensor bung and ceramic or jet coated inside and out when I get around to it, here is a pic of first version, it allowed me to use a 179.00 fmf Ti 4 can I am just waiting on the clamp from fmf ( not supplied with header )

Thanks Farrar for the pictures. I do in fact have a 03' header but it's a Ti header. Is there any other can that will work with it except the FMF?
