Drained Battery

Ive got the same problem on my battery. I went riding on sunday and parked the bike and when i wanted to start it again the battery was dead. What can I do? Cant ride a day and then the battery ends up dead.

got it fixed it was the regulator was over chargen and thats what cooked the acid out of the battery put another one in and its chargen in the right area

What should it charge and with how much will it be overcharging? Kos462 what was yours before and after you replaced the regulator? And the regulator is the black thing behind the ecu?

No, it's he ribbed unit which is mounted under the frame below the air box tray. It has a short harness attached which connects up to the stator behind the flywheel I think...

its the silver thing under neath the computer tray with two plugs mine was reading like 16 somthen
