Motor worked before, but in another quad. I got a roller and put it in the roller. Don't know what was wrong with the roller. I'll be checking hose and connections tomarrow.

Still no luck any ideas? What kind of presure should the fuel pump be putting out?

40-45 PSI

Have the presure, even change the fuel pump. Don't know what else to try. All the connections even lok good. It will start sometimes. When it does it seems to run good. But it will only start maybe 1 out of 100 times. No clue.....

check your fuel injector sensor connections, could be loose or something broke in the connection

I can get it started almost every time, but I have to father the throutle back and fourth. I have reset the offsets numerous times with no change. Any ideas?

Rubber throttle boots on right?When hooked up to D&M in continuous mode is the reading from TPS linear (smoothly goes up as throttle is given)?Check those disconnects for good flow.How far in or out is your Idle screw?Is it hard to get a low idle?

The ones that connect the throttlebody to the intake and airbox.
