Well it seems to be running now. It looks like all it needed was to have the filter replaced and the gas tank drained because of some sediment that built up and was restricting the flow. Always nice when its something simple. This was so simple I overlooked it though.
I had similar symptoms on the Moto until last night when I found the fuel pressure regulator vent line pinched. Doh! Man it's great to have this baby running!
