Just got off the phone with Lonestar. They basically told me that they do not warranty this part because "it is a wear item." Also, because they do not sell much Cannondale stuff, they don't really care about the problem.
I suggested that I will probably not purchase anymore Lonestar stuff, they seemed to be fine with that too.

Mine stripped too. This is a typical attitude from big companies. I can't really blame them. They need to make money.
