My first question is, how low is the engine oil. If you filled it all the way up to the ridge on the dipstick, you probably over filled it. I found, if it is over halfway to the ridge and you ride it hard (high RPMs) it will push oil up thru the breather and end up in the air box. There is a little bubble on the bottom of the airboox. if you can get it off, you can drain the air-box without removing it. It would be best to remove and clean it though.
I have no ideal how you could have got oil in the coolant, unless it was in the coolant you added before you rode.
They have a breather up-date that is supposed to fix the first problem. I did the up-date on my Moto but, in my opinion keeping the oil level correct (do a search there are topics on finding the correct level) is more important (Moto still pushed oil into the air filter after the up-date, allthough not as bad)
One other thing that causes oil to pump out is if you roll it over and it stays running
