How do u reset the hex code? also ive heard if u dont have the right connectore for ur laptop it wont work?

Another common issue is forgetting to turn up the idle screw,....after replacing the Throttle Body.
Since you mentioned replacing the Throttle Body,...just make sure you have pre-set the bellcrank about 1/8" up from fully closed....for a good place to start.
but don't plan on running it for very long, after that porting and higher displacement... the flow settings will need to be richened.

I have found that you can use just about any random throttle body on any ECU, and most of the time the machine will start -- or at least shows signs of life with a cough or spit.
Your throttle voltages are not calibrated yet, but there should still be some indication of both spark and fuel in the cylinder. The D&M will be needed for finer tuning and precise calibration, sure, but that is not likely the main problem.

Re the 125 error, have you tried different COM ports yet?
If the machine ran before the motor work, and you have not yet "connected' to even talk to the ECU, the hex code should not be corrupted.
