I don't know how Bags did hiss but on my Big Gun I simply installed another sticker that I already had.

Isn't the HMF sign just riveted on? Re-rivet it.

Its just some 1/8" rivets that hold the label on. To do it correctly, you must flare the inner core out with a large socket and large hammer to get the outer insert to hold in place and to keep the inner core from rattling inside. I just placed a socket in the inner core, a 1 1/2" I believe and kept on hitting it until it was wide enough to accept the outer insert. Then just drill new holes for some rivets and your good to go.

Does the HMF cut short require map adjustments? Meaning map adjustments to what ever you were originally running it with at full length.

Look, I am already 220 pounds. If I gain any more weight I won't be able to ride at all!

Hardy har har. Actually I had to go back and read what I wrote. The brain is working slooooowwww today.

I am right there with you though anymore weight and I'll have to move to a truck to carry my fat azz down the trail.

Should be ok, but you may want to look into the tc map. It was designed for the shorter exhaust.
