Yea good times. So many of the new guys have no clue about the early days the crank debocle and how far we have come.

Those of us who do remember probably would all rather forget. I know I would like to. I had a crank failure "back in the day".

I just noticed on Psychosis profile he has sold his Timbo stroker . Is that the engine he never paid for?

I remember reading this thread and about the winky disaster at the group ride . I thought I had no issues. Then we went to the dunes and little while later . My moto siezed a crank the second day and the third day my speed dropped a valve. This is kind of what brought me into the Cannondale R@D. Had anyone come up with a fix for the cranks I would never had started the research and testing of Tims imfamous z400 bearing and met all you Cannondale losers just like me.
