Well I've finally had a few days to mess with the bike, and it hasn't even been able to start lately. So, what deterred me from thinking the fuel pump was bad last time I worked on it was the what I thought was "good" return flow. Turns out, it was the fuel pump, its not even allowing fuel to flow through it at all anymore, even though it's still making its usual noises. So looks like I'm needing to find a new fuel pump, or possibly an alternate one i can get at a local parts store?

Thanks to everyone who's helped me with this thing, and c27 for checking my ecu and tps out. Hopefully I'll have it running soon.

Finally got the quad running today! With school it's been hard to find the time to work on it, but everything is good to go now! Thanks everyone for the help, the new fuel pump cured it!
