What AFR were you shooting for? I would think you would have been able to get it dialed in with the tool... kinda stinks if you can't. I don't know what you would do to keep it from running lean then?

Are you sure the fuel filter is not plugged up? And what about the fuel pump? Is it putting out adequate pressure?

GOOD RESULTS Dude smile.gif.. 42 H.P with stock exhaust is excellent result .. with 79 MPH that's very nice also smile.gif. its rare to see stock dale with that results in both H.P's and MPH
... r u at sea level ?

so what is ur next step Dragracr ....ECU sagem 1000 , pipe , port the head,new 5th gear set or re-angle the injectors ?

do u try to re-gear it ? maybe u can get better timing by buying cheap sprockets ?

Isn't there a screw on the MC500 ecu's that'll richen/lean it as you turn it?

All ecu adjustments are done through the MIL tool. I didn't think there was another way to adjust it. I may be wrong. If you want the authority on this call Kyle at R&S hard to get ahold of, but will definitely know this answer better than anyone.

That's right, at the front of 500ECU there is an inset plastic screw that will richen/lean the mix across the entire rev range.
Take a look at that Dragrcr. right is richer, left, leaner. In my limited experience, a little turn goes a long way. I guess i was thinking you had used that already.

call Kyle from reperformance at 812-279-5833 . i remeber he can update ur sagem from 500 to sagem1000. that's will be cheaper... i belive Maz from www.cdalparts.com, http://www.sprocketspecialists.com/html/ca...annondale.shtml and i guess www.rockymountainatv.com have sprockets
