No, I haven't touched anything since the first photos. I was going to switch 'em around once I'm done rebuilding my engine. Without an engine, I'm not going anywhere, so that is first.

Yes I am from Canada. The original owner is from Sudbury, he sold it to some guy who blew it up and didn't want to deal with it. Now I have it. Most likely it is the quad your talking about since the quy I bought it from said there is only one other Cannibal in Ontario.

Did the previous owner have an acount on this site? Maybe I should read his posts and see if I can find any "problems" with MY quad hahah wink.gif

It's pretty cool how someone from another country can recognize my atv:)

Last night I measured my cams. Both are worn beyond the service limit! One lobe on the exaust cam was hit and is over 2.5mm below the limit! Oh well just more parts to the ever growing list I guess

Make sure to send any cams to Timbo to get them hardness checked. Saves money in the long run. This has been discussed before.

even if i buy them brand new? is it because of them being mass-produced and not up to standard?

Especially if you buy them brand new, no matter what anyone tells you. It has been said before, and I agree that a used cam with 200 hours that has proven itself good is worth more (to me) than a brand new cam.

Cams should be 58-62 on the Rockwell "C" scale, buckets should be 54-56 on the same "C" scale (this information is per Tim).

Do you ever plan on timing your cams, or simply running them at stock dots?
