Always meant to try seafoam. Lot of sled guys use it. They also swear by the Fitch fuel catalyst. Yes the thing you hang in your tank.

I use Mystery Oil on the rings whenever I put any engine together. I was told this trick by an engine builder years ago. He said the Mystery Oil is the best he has found for getting rings to seat, and that it will not burn and leave carbon behind like regular oil will. The carbon being left on top or behind a fresh set of rings can cause problems. I have never had a ring seat issue, and since I started using it, the seat time has been cut in half.

All these little tips. I love it. Have just recently tried 2 stroke oil on piston and cyl for a quick break in. Worked good will try Mystery next one.

coolant is flowing, oil is flowing, idle is smooth, and motor is noisy. Ha ha ha. I cannot believe the throttle response these things have. They wrap up real quick.

The exhaust I built sounds great. I compare it to a nmotion. Loud but deep. Not annoying like a TC/supertrapp.

So now I'll put it through some heat cycles and then I'm off to the dyno.

Thanks to everyone who has helped me. I have a huge wieght lifted off of me now. I love the smell of race gas in the evening. laugh.gif
