Cool!We have better Billet cams being developed right now by Baker Cams.Problem with rehardening the cams is you have to remachine them.Fine for the lobes if you can keep decomp from hitting all the time since shim size would be increased alot.bearing surfaces would be a issue since it would require different size bearings.

yes you would not want to re-harden camshafts theres always a possibility of annealing them. we would have to get ahold of some freshly machined cams that have not been hardened, then harden then the correct way. please keep me updated with this new cam. i was able to mount the block of phenolic in the mazak today. program has been transfered to the machine, tooling has been set. First thing monday morning is going to be the day guys!

Heres some pic's of the early motor http://www.motocorse.com/testmoto/1999/cannondale.html take note of the big side cover and also the right hand side cover. Also hartracing3478 I'm not sure if you know or not but our cases have a steal ring inside the case on the right hand main bearing. Also something else to think about was Cdale for 04 was adding a bolt to the crank plate.

I needed to find another hobby i can do besides dragracing. I like to take things above and beyond.
