I just got it back together with a new 450 kit and now have problems starting it. Sometimes it will start right up and other times it cranks for a while then starts, but then sometimes not at all. I have reset the offsets and no change. Any ideas?

Have you recalibrated the throttle position sensor?

Ya I did. Didn't make a diff.

What settings are you using for your offset and flowrate?

Offset is .80 and the flow rate is 2500.

Change your offset to 1.10 and try it. If it cranks better, then that will be a good starting place to start making your fine tune adjustments.

Check that you don't have any pinched fuel lines. Ckeck under tank. If you use race fuel the o-rings in the fittings could be swollen. Use good o-rings.

Changed the offset to 1.10 and no change. Also the o-ring does not look swollen. I am going to get a new plug tomarrow, but dont know if that will help as mine does not seem fouled. Does anyone know the gap for the plug? It gets fuel, but how do you know if it is enough? I have another pump, my try that.

Was it cranking fine before you changed the motor? If so, go back over all of your connections and grounds. Make sure that you didn't pinch any of your vacuum lines when you installed the engine. Check and see if your injectors connectors are tight. Make sure your crankshaft position sensor is connected good.
