For a while now its been hard to start. I always have to jump it to get it running and it still takes a long time to even do that. Even with it being jumped it sounds like its not getting alot of power to turn over. And now it wont start at all the starter will just whine but it wont turn over. Any ideas would be appreciated.....Thanks

You might need to set your valves. I had the same problem and that cleared it right up.

It kind of sounds like the starter clutch has fried.Try turning the motor over by hand.It should turn over easily with wrench on flywheel nut.Pull out you starter and make sure the teeth are good if they are its probably going to require engine disassembly to get at oneway bearing in starter clutch. While that is being done you need to look for original problem which caused the sarting problem.Decompression, rod or mainbearing, tight valve, etc.
