dale kills battery need help

im on my 5 battery and second wairing harness and rectriphier the quad runs great for awhile one time it was about 50 mile nest it was like 3 mile then it was like 15 mile then it just dies like it has not power at all can even jump the starter solinoid the battery gets like a dead short in it and one got any sugestion need help badly

Check the three wires that come out of the stator behiend the flywheel, they have a tendency of shorting out there.

Do you have a voltmeter?Make sure it isnt overcharging.Rev it up it should never go over 15 volts max.Otherwise look for something that is literally bending the battery.Like if you dont have the mount update which tilts battery away from motor to prevent battery from being damaged.
