To get my moto to idle the throttle is at 8.1% at 2100rpms. I hear you guys at 4-6 % When I do a throttle cal it's at 3% with no throttle screw, at .31 volts. It runs good up the ladderbut would like to fix this off idle lag- occasional stall.

hmmm

I idle @ 8% @2200 rpm's. I saw reports of others at 4% but did not know what to think. Maybe we both have bad TPS's or IACV problems????? My bike runs ok though but I never rode another dale so I have no comparison.

Try leaning out the offset to get rid of lowend hesitation and it should lower the %.

This is odd.Is your cable loose when you do this?Use your finger to push throttle closed.

Lean which offset inj or tb? Yes the plate is closed, I had the airbox off because I thought I had an intake leak. Throttle plate 100% closed at .31 volts shows 3% throttle. When I add 3 it goes to 6 and I have to take it up to right at 8 as the iacv closes completely.

I dont think that will work for him since he is starting out at 3.Normally they start out around 1.

As you change the flowrate or the Throttle body leakage it will affect the percentages.

I agree always runs best when at around 3.5% but it is wierd that he is there already with idle screw backed all the way off. What % do you guys get when idle screw is backed all the way off?

Alright then I guess its not a issue and he just needs to get his offset right.
