Cannondaleriders

i just rebuilt this thing 6months ago. I was riding the other weekend hit a small ramp it started smoking lost power and died turns out the sleeve is cracked. Dose anyone have any idea why that would happen?

Cannondale used a bunch of sleeve's with the exhaust index hole drilled too deep , it was a defective sleeve after that and a lot of them cracked
