hello,what differentof piston kit(origin cannondale) red and green?

They used those colors to match the piston and sleeve up size wise.They went away from that with better sleeves.

Yes the marking on the motor was just to tell what was inside.So you knew what piston to buy.Just measure the piston and sleeve to check size.
