Cannondaleriders

I just had the break in oil change done by my dealer and they replaced with regualr oil stating I needed about 50 hours before I change to synthetic so the engine wears in correctly. Is this right? Also, when I change to synthetic, should I use semi or full?

I use Redline full synthethic as do many on this forum. I've run synthetic since the first change with no problems.

i use motul 15w50 synthetic blend and it seems to work well in the tranny i use belray 80wt tranny oil
