Guys,

I just got the motor in the frame. Installed new injectors and go to start the dale. It ran for 30sec and died like it was starving for fuel. I checked all my conections no problems. I just put on boomers tank and his pod air filter setup. Changed the plug with a new one. Changed the coil with one I had layin around.

So after all that I got the laptop out and checked the fault codes, Both my injectors have an open fault??

Im out I ideas... Please help!!!

Oh yea this is a new piston.
I had the same fault codes with the old injectors?

Thanks

did it restart after it died?probably a dumb suggestion but is the return line connected?make sure all your connections are good, you may need to adjust your throttle as well..

I called and got the answering machine. Pretty iffy to get a head sent out tommorrow and delivered and installed by teusday. A whole lot of things would need to go perfect for that to happen. I should have the ported head done in a couple days. Can you borrow a quad for the trip? A dale should still start at 60psi . 50 is the absolute minimum though . Can you do a leakdown test and see if its leaking through a valve or the piston?
