I just rebuilt my motor and everytime I ride it oil comes out of the breather line behind the air filter. I changed the oil thinking that I my have over filled it and put in 1600cc like the owners manual says and it still does it. I check oil flow and I can see oil flowing past the oil fill hole on the frame so I know the pump is working right. The only thing I can come up with is blow by the ring but there isn't any time on them and it doesn't smoke. Does anyone have any ideas?

too much oil still 1600 is only for brand new motor start with 1200 or 1300

And, while you're at, go ahead and make sure the reservoir in the right side frame rail is empty. There's a hose going to it. It's the diagonal part of the frame rail where the CAAD sticker is (on the right side). If it's full, it's more likely to puke.
