Fuel Injection hose

Can I just got to the yammy dealer to get some fuel line?..seeing how they have fuel injected quads now I figure they are rated the same as our quads...what should I buy or look for or not buy?..any help appreciated...thanks.

You would hope the Yamahas are not using the same hose as our stock machines, since Cannondale just used oil hose SAE 30R3 and 30R7. That's OK for fuel to carbed machines, but Fuel Injection hose is SAE 30R9. It's essentially black Viton rubber instead of Buna, which explains the much higher cost. "fuel injection" is printed on the hose FYI. The pressurizing cycles of gas in fuel injection tend to aerate the fuel, and that tends to deteriorate and stiffen normal fuel hose much faster. NAPA is convenient, and usually has the EFI hose in 1/4" and larger sizes. I stock it also, and can beat their price by about $2.50/ft
