I got one of my quads together awhile ago and running ok but not tuned yet. Would run fine and start ok but needed tuning to ride. Put it on hold and moved to a new home. Pulled it out today to run and it won't fire up. It acts as if it can't turn it over and the starter spins like a bat out of ****. If I hit the starter it will turn the engine a tiny bit before starter starts to spin. If I hit it 4-5 times it'll turn over and do one full revolution before it starts to spin again, and repeats.
What would cause this to suddenly go bad when it was perfect last time it started. Has plenty of battery power on new battey. Just spins mostly. If I hold the starter for about 5 seconds it will also eventually do one revolution. So I'm guessing yet another tear down needed to replace the bearing? Atleast I did get my E440 to fire for the first time today with fresh Timbo magic, but still annoyed from quad issue. How much are the bearing setups and any suggestions ahead of time?
Starter Bearing
Engine, intake, exhaust, EFI, chain, sprockets, etc.
