solenoid clicks, fuel pump wont prime, no power,

The starter will turn over when I bump start it, but the fuel pump wont turn on but when I touch it with the battery cable it turns on

can you start it by touching the two bolts together with a screw drver on the solenoid

Did you touch anything on your positive terminal on your fuel pump to create an arc?It can cause the fuelpump driver in the ECU to not function,thus not allowing the pump to run.Have you checked your fuse?Under the front left fender,connected to the light bracket,hope this helps.

Ya we tried it and the ecu is good the pump wasn't working at all

Is the fuel pump plugged in at the connector behind the radiator? Do you have an injector wire or coolant temp wire hooked to the crank sensor? If it is the computer wont see the engine spinning to run the pump. Although it should run the pump for a few seconds at key on. A corrupted hex code could keep the pump from coming on as well. Have you done anything with the d&m ?

No I don't have a D&M I need to get one but I'm low on funds, and I'm pretty sure everything is plugged in

Also, I don't have the airbox hooked up if that matters but the throttlebody is on
