cracked case

I've got a hair line crack behind the crank shaft in the webbing it runs all the way through into the transmission side and all the way to the back of the motor so everyone thats looked at it has said its shot and I don't think theres any saving it but the previous owner was mad at me because I said I couldn't trust him over facebook and he said he would give me my money back for it so I'm thinkin if I do that I could take the money buy a truck then start saving for another dale that has been updated and ready to ride because I don't have the funds to get a new case right now but time will tell for now I guess
